Refund Eligibility:

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [info@solsourcecenter.com] at least 120 days prior to the start date of the retreat. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval by the retreat organizers.

 

Refund Amount:

A full refund, minus a non-refundable deposit of [amount or percentage], will be issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe. Cancellations made less than 120 days before the start date of the retreat are not eligible for a refund.

Transfer of Registration: Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval from the retreat organizers and payment of any applicable transfer fees.

 

Retreat Cancellation:

In the event that the retreat is canceled or rescheduled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered an exchange.

 

Travel Arrangements:

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, including flights, visas, and transportation to and from the retreat location. The retreat organizers are not responsible for any expenses incurred due to changes or cancellations in travel plans.

 

Unforeseeable Circumstances:

The retreat organizers shall not be held liable for any delays, cancellations, or changes to the retreat itinerary due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or acts of terrorism.
